About the Girl from Empanada

Food can create a lasting memory if it is superb to your tastebuds. Some of my most cherished memories have involved a delicious meal, amazing aromas, and family and friends.

 

As a young girl I watched my mom, aunts, and grandmother cook. They influenced my tastebuds! Mom is still an amazing cook. These incredible women introduced me to flavors from 

two fascinating continents, South America and Europe. As I became familiar with empanadas, I began experimenting with recipes and have now made them my own.
